Christophe Borniche is born in Creteil the 18 January 1982.
Very young Christophe is passionate about cooking. He learned to discovery by observing his parents in the family-restaurant. At 16, he decided to become a chef and then began an apprenticeship in cooking to get a degree in hotel trade.
When he turned 18 and with his graduation, he went to the adventure in Paris with the ambition to one day become over the years a chef. During his turn in Paris, Christophe did the encounter of several “greats chefs” with whom he learned and understood the secrets of French gastronomy.
After Paris, Christophe flew to Corsica to learn the local specialties and discover “the island of beauty”, and then he went to Switzerland to hone his experience.
There he met his future wife and chose to follow up her to Taiwan. After they got married, they decided to open his own restaurant in Taipei. They called it
“LES DELICES DE FRANCE”
